「Well, I arrived from the airport after flying all day across the USA from Wash DC, to check in and I was rather in a hurry to get checked in and make an appointment I had in Albuquerque evening. It was a bit disconcerting to find a hand written note taped to the office window saying, "I'll be back in 15 minutes." I leaned on the office doorbell and a staffer showed up but really that is not the way to do business. Other than that, the stay was alright, but I doubt I will choose The Imperial...

「The staff were very helpful when we decided to change hotels but I was shocked that the room rate jumped more than $50 a night. Then we were charged $7 a day to park in THEIR lot. When booked I saw no mention of this additional fee. When I contacted customer service they did graciously reverse the charge. The facility itself was very nice. My only complaint was financial.」

「チェックインの受付のための部屋には入ることが出来ない仕組み。訪問時は問題なかったが、寒い日や暑い日は外で待つことになる。呼び鈴がなく、電話番号で呼び出すという仕組みもあまり聞いたことがない。 部屋は概ね問題なかったが、ロック用のチェーンが壊れていた。アメリカのホテルではオートロック、つまみのロック、チェーンと３重で閉めるようにしていたので無かったのは残念。 浴槽は栓がないのでビニール袋に紙を詰めて栓の代わりにして湯を貯めた。お湯の出具合やトイレなどは問題なし。冷蔵庫があるのは助かる。 中央駅から徒歩圏内でレストランも多く、目の前に10分おきに出るバス停があるので便利。 宿泊料金は安く、価格相応の滞在という印象。」
