This beautifully updated, oceanfront condo is just a short stroll (~10 minutes) from the iconic Old Orchard Beach Pier and close to the charming village of Ocean Park, offering the ideal blend of excitement and tranquility.

This newly listed property, under new ownership, is your opportunity to enjoy a fresh, well-maintained space that’s been thoughtfully designed. Be one of the first to experience this gem!

There's a 1 bedroom with a queen bed, double-sized sleeper sofa, and spacious loft. It comes with two off-street parking spots—one in a covered garage—so you can explore the area without the hassle of finding parking. It also has an in-unit washer and dryer, making it easy to keep your vacation wardrobe fresh.

Whether you're enjoying quiet moments on the sand, relaxing on the balcony, or exploring the lively Pier, this condo has everything you need to create unforgettable memories. And, from June 26 to August 22, every Thursday night (weather permitting), you’ll have a front-row seat to the town’s fireworks show—right from your private balcony. It’s the perfect way to end a summer day.

Perfect size and location. We had plenty of room for all 6 adults and were able to relax at the beach to truly enjoy our time and celebrate our graduate.

We had a great weekend at this condo. The listing is exactly as described and you just can’t beat the oceanfront location. It was the perfect size for two couples and 3 kids. Each family had their own sleeping space. Beach entrance is only a few steps from the home and we enjoyed being able to hear the ocean waves from the private balcony. Easy walk down to the pier and nearby restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay or location. We’ll definitely be back!

We had such a great stay! The location honestly couldn’t be better - right on the beach and just a short walk to the Pier! The condo itself was clean and comfortable. The loft was perfect for our kids. They loved having their own space and said the beds were comfortable. It had everything we needed and we'll be booking again for next year!

We had an amazing stay! The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. We loved being able to look out at the ocean from the living room! Kaitlin was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in seamless. The location is perfect - close to everything, yet peaceful. We can't wait to come back when there's no snow on the ground!
