「Very friendly staff from check-in to bartenders. There is a lot of construction going on in downtown Omaha so parking can be a challenge but they did offer a discounted rate to park in the parking garage across the street. Very cute, upbeat vibe the the hotel. Rooms are very small but doable and very basic as far as amenities. I wish they had coffee and a refrigerator in the rooms but we managed fine. The hotel is in an awesome location with many restaurants, bars and breweries around it. ...

「There were prior guest clothes hung up in the bathroom. The chairs were heavily stained. There were stains of red liquid on the wallpaper. The shower only has cold water. There was no conditioner in the dispenser. The front desk staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. Would not stay again due to condition of the room. 」

「Great hotel, very clean and nice with easy access parking. The only negative was the pool being closed the weekend we were there for maintenance. Very disappointing for my kids after a long day at the zoo, but we still had a nice time.」

「The headboard needed to be disinfected, you could see greasy hand smears across from one end to the other. No working television. The continental breakfast was ok. The best thing about my stay was the shower. Like a waterfall with force. 」

「Cleanliness and neatness is excellent. The heating was adequate. Flooring is vinyl, nothing fancy. Breakfast was good but not great. Coffee was not good at all. The biggest issue I had was with outside noise. Due to location, traffic noise is on the high side. Entrance to parking lot is through a gas station driveway, with standing water. The stay was good overall...I give it 3.75 out of 5.」

「Hot tub and pool were great. It was about a 20 minute drive to Downtown Omaha, so a good amount in my book. It would’ve been nice to know about the construction going on though. The other guests were the worst part. We had to move rooms because someone was smoking weed in their room. The gentleman at the front desk did promptly offer to have us change rooms, which was very nice. 」
