I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The front desk staff are truly the best — friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Their outstanding customer service made my stay even more enjoyable and made me feel genuinely welcomed. It’s refreshing to experience such a high level of hospitality. Beds were comfy. Extremely convenient location. Just a block to Gene Leahy Mall and downtown. Hotel has its own parking garage, so no worry of finding parking. Only downside was the traffic was a bit noisy at night, but we stayed over the 4th of July, so everyone was out late. We will definitely stay here again!!

I stay at this hotel every year for the Berkshire meeting. It's clean, predictable and the staff has always been great. Breakfast is not included so beware of that detail. There is a great breakfast place caddy-corner to the hotel called Lula-B's which has great options and prices. The downstairs restaurant in the hotel (Spencers) is fantastic. The gym is pretty good as far as hotel gyms go.
