"Arrived after a 9-hour drive and could not access our suite. Had to contact the owner via Hotel app and wait for instructions. Payment for cleaning was required, up front, before key code was shared--which was fine. The space itself wasn't quite as nice as shown but tolerable and we were too exhausted to care. All was well until 4:24am when someone tried to enter our door code, not once but three times! They actually got it right the third time and the door opened, then quickly closed after whoever it was heard me coming. (Before knocking off, I placed a chair in front of the door and it had been pushed away.) By the time I looked out the window, no one was there. Very creepy. We packed up and left, cutting our stay short. While it's not a "bad" neighborhood, we felt unsafe. Possibly being watched as we checked-in. I have requested a refund for the second day. :("

"I had a wonderful stay at HeirBNB during my recent trip to Dallas. The property was centrally located, making it easy to access popular local restaurants, tourist attractions, and downtown.The home was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully prepared. Shay provided such warm hospitality, with special touches like robes and popcorn that made the stay feel extra welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring.I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay again on a future trip."
