「Easy to find, parking available. Clean room and lovely garden to relax in. Breakfast was fantastic and the hosts were very welcoming and relaxed. Quiet property and a good location as it is only 3 miles from Dunster.」

「Disappointing stay - room was described as 'deluxe' but was on the small side and being up in the eaves of the roof meant one of us had to duck to get in and out of bed. No turn down / refresh on day 1, no waste bin, small but basic things - especially at the price paid. Staff although friendly, were difficult to find (only available via WhatsApp ??), reception never staffed. Overall a great a shame as the hotel has a beautiful setting and grounds. We wint be returning. 」

「Great breakfast prepared by the owner with personalized choices. Lots of great info provided by the owners which helped us make choices for activities. Walkable to bus, local train and Dunster Castle. Our room was great with view of the Village. Will definitely stay again and do more in the Exmoor National Park as the Park Info Center is right in the town. Easy access to Minehead and start of the South West Coastal Path.」

「Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Hotel centrally situated next to bus stops and train station and opposite the beach. Only drawback for us was the very limited parking.」

「Be sure to talk to the staff as they are extremely helpful and will try to understand what you want and need. Make use of the pool and the facilities and do roam around the beautiful garden. Hotel it is in an excellent spot close to the beach and a wonderful hike in the hills and the classical garden nearby.」

「Everything was great. Maybe a usb charging point might have been good in the room. The only annoying thing was the shower gel dispenser in the bath. It didnt work. Luckily i had my own to hand.」

「Hotel was in good condition, however one of the lights for bedtime reading was blown and the bathroom bin hadn't been emptied, but for one night, it was ok. Food was not the best both breakfast and evening. Breakfast hot food was barely warm and evening was the same after waiting 30mins after ordering and only being us and another couple dining. There was a restaurant next door however they fill up fast and had no spaces for us, hence eating in the hotel. In review....book the restaurant next...

「The room was very nice, there was adequate parking. The breakfast was very good. The staff on reception were very polite and helpful. The room was cleaned every day. The restaurant manager was very unhelpful and rude when we had an issue with our bill, she wouldn't acknowledge us and kept sending us back and forth via waitresses to try and resolve this. The next morning the manager on reception sorted it no problem and was very helpful. One of the waitresses took our drinks order and came back...
