Montrose is only 20 minutes away, and Delta is 15 minutes - both are easy to get to for activities, shopping, and restaurants! The Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park is only 38 minutes from our home, and the Grand Mesa is about an hour. After your adventure, return home to watch the sunset, enjoy the Colorado air, and relaxing back porch.

Our property does include chickens on site, however they are in a coop the majority of the day, and can be set free to roam when owners are home. The owners also own two friendly Labrador Retrievers that love people and can occasionally stop by to say hi!
