"The staff was very helpful, I could leave my luggage at reception and they took it up to my room so it was ready for me when I checked in. There are four different baths public baths: main bath;outdoor bath, and two smaller ones which had different herbs in them. Breakfast was also very good. "Convenient location just 8mns from the train station. We also found good restaurants just minutes away and the Matsumoto castle is close by as well as the YAYOI KUSAMA Museum. Rooms are on the small side and plastic shower cabin adjacent to the toilet are not typically associated with hotels in this price range. Breakfast had a good array of Japanese food choices and some western options too. Staff is very friednly an helpful. Onsen is quite nice with a hot bath inside and another outside. There is a cold pool and a sauna."
