"Our stay at shine bright was comfortable and had plenty of room and beds available for a family of 5. There was a unique smell when we went inside the house. Some were bothered by it and some were not. For the price, it was an awesome deal for a big family. Parking was nearby and available (free). There are convenient stores nearby as well, including a MaxValue all within walking distance. Overall our stay was good and close enough to the airport (about 15 min drive)."

"We had a great stay. It’s right at the station for the airport subway, JR line and Shinkansen making it easy to get around by train. There are a variety of convenience stores, shopping malls and restaurants close by as well. Tours also meet up at the front of the building which is also very convenient. Would recommend staying here"

"We stayed at KOKO Hotel Premier Hakata for 7 nights, and it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in Japan. From the moment we checked in until the day we left, every member of the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. They always greeted us with a smile and were incredibly patient whenever we needed assistance. Their kindness made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained every day. The hotel’s location was also excellent, making it easy to explore Hakata, Tenjin, and the surrounding areas while still being quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. What impressed us the most was the level of hospitality. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, and those small acts of kindness made a big difference during our trip. Thank you to everyone at KOKO Hotel Premier Hakata for making our holiday so enjoyable. We truly appreciate your wonderful service and would not hesitate to stay here again the next time we visit Fukuoka. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel counter had a convenient luggage storage area, and one of the staff spoke decent English, making check-in smooth. The room was small, and the bed was tiny; it was quite cramped for two adults. Our family of four split into two rooms, which was more comfortable. The hotel's location is very convenient; Hakata Station, Ichiran Ramen, a drugstore, and a convenience store are all within a five-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Fukuoka. The only downside is that the hotel breakfast remains unchanged, so I won't be spending extra money on it."
