"The Villa was new and up scale and roomy. It was super clean and great instruction on how to deal with the needs for our 2 days stay. The bedrooms was good size with comfortable Queens size bed and not those twin size. The beds were great and firm enough you know they weren't cheap material. The amenities were great with the sauna room was clean and equipped with sauna towel along with the private hot tub in the unit and no need to share. The balcony was great for BBQ with family and friends....

"The hotel's onsen are absolutely beautiful; you can enjoy both, and while they offer completely different concepts, they are both spectacular! The interior garden is lovely, too. Overall, the hotel is nice, though it is perhaps starting to look a bit worn due to age. The staff were always very attentive and friendly. The ice cream machine was a nice bonus!"
