"The room had a bit of a smell .. a little dusty? I’m used to immaculate Japanese rooms… so it was just ok ! They never got back to me about getting a massage .. it was still a good experience though."

"This Ryokan was outstanding. It was peaceful and stylish while also feeling authentic and very Japanese. We loved the private hot spring bath on our balcony and really enjoyed dressing in kimonos for dinner. I highly recommend this Ryokan "

"I spent one day and one night at this gorgeous place for my trip in Hakone, the stuff were friendly and helpful, they explained every details to me patiently and guid me to my room upon arrival, the room was spacious with a private pool at balcony facing the mountain, it was a shame that I didn’t reserve my dinner but the breakfast was delicious as I was served with traditional Japanese food, it’s a wonderful stay and I am looking forward to coming back. "
