The premium suite was large, comfortable and extremely well-appointed with everything you might need. The location is a bit away from the major tourist spots but it’s quite close to Toji Station and only one stop from Kyoto Station.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got a great restaurant recommendation. The room was a good size, comfortable, clean, and provided everything we needed. The location was close to the station but tucked away so it was nice and quiet. There were lots of restaurants and shops close by. We would definitely recommend it!

The hotel itself is not exactly right near much….but you walk 10 minutes and suddenly you are near everything: Kyoto Station, shopping, restaurants, bars. The staff at the front desk was very helpful. We love being able to cook some eggs and toast for breakfast a few days because we had pots and pans that we could use. The location is close to a station which makes things easy. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the fact that we could easily walk to some neighborhood grocery stores when we needed things. There are also convenience stores and pharmacies nearby. Great little spot.

A pretty little property conveniently located near bus stops and a 24-hour grocery store. Our room was very large, fitting 3 adults with luggage comfortably. It was nice to have a kitchenette with stove top, microwave oven, electric kettle & two small refrigerators. The front desk staff was amazing at this apartment style hotel. I wasn't expecting first class service but we definitely got it! They provided us a dinner recommendation, booked the taxi and booked the table. It was one of the best dinners we had in Japan and was in Pontocho Alley, which is a pretty popular area! The room was beautiful, everything was comfortable. Had a great experience!

Property is in nice neighborhood, very close to bus stops/routes (<2 min), directly accessible from Kyoto station. Hotel is near several tourist locations and immediately walkable. Room size is decent with table, with washer but no dryer. Not a lot of drying rack/space though, and there is no external area to dry it outside. Not a lot of utensils/plates, but we made do. This hotel is absolutely amazing. We learned it opened about a month ago. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was spacious for our family of 4 and was so very clean and the decor was inviting. The bathroom is just as amazing.
