"We had a room with half board and enjoyed the 24 hr Natural hot spring within the hotel. Free shuttle to the bus station after check out was helpful as it snowed the night before "

"We had a great stay at Jurin. Glad that the hotel rooms are renovated. Toilets are fine, only thing is the tap is still old. We were glad to read the reviews before driving up. It was too steep to drive up. so we call for help at Takamiya Lucent. The staffs are all very helpful. and shuttles are very helpful for us during this trip."

"This hotel provided excellent services from check in to check out. Staff were friendly and professional. The room was spacious and clean, with a very nice view. The onsen experience was superior as the hotel had different onsen pools for guests to enjoy, and the changing room was also very neat and clean. "初めて利用しました私と妻、中学生の息子、小学生の娘、メス1歳のポメラニアン1匹と宿泊しました部屋もお風呂もキッチンもベッドもとても良かったです部屋も広くてゆったりできますペットの犬は初めての旅行で心配だったのですが安心して過ごせました外についてるドッグランも綺麗にされていて、初めてのドッグランも楽しめましたただ季節柄、立地柄、虫が多く、到着時に部屋に大きめのアブがいたので持参の殺虫剤にて駆除しました。スズメバチなども近くを飛んでいたのでジェットタイプの殺虫剤なども部屋に備え付けてくださると嬉しいですそれと蚊もかなりいて、だいぶ刺されたので虫除けを忘れずに準備する必要があると思います。ふつーの湯船ですが溜めるお湯が温泉なのは地味にポイントが高いです機会があればまた是非泊まりに伺いたいですね。"

"The room was dark and quiet at night and the air conditioning meant I could cool the room down when needed, helpful during the unexpected heatwave. Staff were always helpful when I had any questions or requests. Having a convience store next to the hotel was great and only a 15 minute walk from the major train station."

"The hotel was easy to find and very close to Sendai train station. The pillows were VERY thin, I would highly suggest either bringing your own or ask the staff for an additional pillow. There's a Lawson's on the first floor which makes it convenient for snacks/water etc. The room was small but for one night it worked for what we needed. The A/C worked very well. The staff was wonderfuland the hotel was very clean!"

"Very pleasantly surprised after arriving here on our first day in Sendai. The staff were very attentive, patient, and thorough. The rooms were clean and decently sized. The location was also very convenient and the breakfast is a major bonus. The options were very diverse and tasty, highly recommend when staying here."
