「Very disappointed with my experience. The place was dirty and felt neglected, with outdated facilities that clearly need attention. To make matters worse, there was a cake of hair between the tub and toilet, which made the lack of cleanliness impossible to ignore. The stairs even felt sticky to the point that I didn’t want to walk on them without shoes. The kitchen equipment was either broken, melted, or covered in cobwebs, making it completely unusable. 「I arrived with older son for a 2 bed (couch/loft) accommodation. Only one bed had pillows and comforter. The couch had sheets but no pillows nor blanket/comforter. It was very cold in unit and had to crank small heater. I texted the manager and they had a “late-night” delivery of a blanket and sheets, which sufficed. The pullout couch needs some adjustments that I couldn’t fix so was less than comfortable. Otherwise, the unit was clean and stocked with coffee, etc. it would have been great...

「Did not state when booking that there was a steep stairway to get to the bedrooms. There was hardly any lighting from the street or property to locate it. There were not enough towels for 4 people for a 2 day stay. There was not enough coffee or creamer for a 2 day stay. We killed 5 rather large spiders inside the unit.」

「Place was fine except the main bed was extremely uncomfortable seemed like was it broken down on both sides of the bed making it uncomfortably soft. 」
