West Ocean City Townhouse Close to Everything!

Come relax at our townhome in beautiful West Ocean City. The home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms. There is a ½ bathroom on the main floor, just off of the kitchen. The kitchen has all of the amenities to keep you comfortable during your stay. There is a Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, waffle & panini press and a pantry closet for any groceries you want to store and hopefully all of the kitchen supplies you will need. Please let us know if we are missing anything so we can provide it in the future! We have a 6-person dining room table great for eating meals or playing board games with your friends and family. The living room has one couch, one loveseat, one sleeper sofa and a gas fireplace. There is a small game room/siting area behind the living room with one additional loveseat, foosball table and a chess/checkers game. This overlooks the back of the townhomes with double sliding glass doors and a deck outback. There is a retractable awning for comfort as well. The grill outback can be used if you and your friends or family would prefer a relaxing evening in or need to cook an easy meal after the beach.

All three bedrooms are on the second floor. As you take a short walk up the stairs, the master bedroom is straight ahead. In the master you will find double sliding glass doors overlooking the pond with fountains. It is a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise from the back, upstairs deck. There is a king bed, one full dresser, two nightstands and two full closets for you to unpack and enjoy your trip. There is also a tv to enjoy your shows before bedtime if you wish. The master bathroom has a standup tile shower, linen closet and sink for privacy. Down the hall is the second full bathroom, which has a small linen closet, a tub with glass doors and includes a full-size washer and dryer as well. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs. The first has a bunk bed with a full-size mattress below and twin mattress on the top. This room also has a closet and a dresser. The third bedroom has a queen mattress, dresser, one nightstand and a closet.

The development offers not one, but TWO pools – an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub. There is also a tennis court, basketball court/wall ball, small playground, fitness center and activity room at the clubhouse. Free hi speed WiFi and basic cable in living room is included with your stay.
