Downstairs the spacious main living area is comfortably furnished to kick back in front of the TV or gather for meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. All the early birds can watch a beautiful sunrise from the main ocean front balcony. An additional full bathroom and 2nd bedroom with bayside balcony are located at the opposite end of the unit where you can marvel over the spectacular Assawoman Bay sunsets. The Century I Building offers an indoor pool and is only a short walk to many fantastic Ocean City restaurants and family entertainment. Your reservation includes a $50 registration fee for the Century 1 building. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the Century 1 directly at $10 per day or $70 per week.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Century One building is under construction beginning Labor Day 2025 through Memorial Day 2026. This unit will be significantly affected by the construction.

* A linen package is available to purchase as an add-on to your reservation at the time of booking. Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.
