Great location - great separation of bed rooms

The house was very clean. The set up was nice with great separation between bedrooms. It was perfect for 3 moms and 3 kids to have together and alone time. Each bedroom was nicely sized with room to spread out.

Beach Vacation

It was perfect for what we needed. Door wouldn’t lock after the second day, but problem was resolved quickly. Had a wonderful time at this property and would totally recommend. Only small issue was discovering frying pans filled with grease left in the oven, I did soak and clean myself.

Wonderful Family Vacation

The house is lovely! The decor is beachy. It was great that each bedroom had its own bathroom. A perfect layout. I would stay here again for sure. Thank you Tim for being a wonderful host and being very attentive to our needs. Thank you so much! 5 stars!

Quiet Location in OC!

My family was down for a couple lacrosse tournaments. Overall the location was great for us! The setup of the linens and towels in a bag when we arrived was super easy. We did have an issue with heat in the dryer. Tim was super responsive, but unfortunately, due to when it happened, we were not able to get this resolved. He did offer a late checkout for us, but that was not helpful to us. Overall, a very good experience, I would stay again!

Family Trip

Large property. Plenty of space, and three bathrooms was a plus. Checking in was seamless, and everything was as featured on the web site. We loved the deck areas. The bathrooms could use some maintenance and overall updating as well as the first floor bedroom carpet. Overall, wonderful experience and very responsive owner.

Easy walk to beach!

We were a group of seven adults staying here and the space was just perfect for us. Any questions we had were quick to be answered by the Host. The walk to the beach is less than 15 minutes and you are close to all the stores. We would definitely stay here again!

Girls trip

The house was nice. We would recommend this place! We really have nothing to complain about other then the patio furniture was in bad shape. The area was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and spacious!

Excellent place and easy check in! The owner answered any question we had. The only room for improvement would be newer furniture in the living room and deck. But overall would stay there again.

Perfect get away house

This house is close enough to the beach to walk, but far enough away that you don’t have all the traffic and noise. The owner was incredibly detailed and informative about the process of checking in and checking out. What ultimately sold us on this place was that we had 3 couples, and this had 3 bedrooms with bathrooms attached. So each couple could be getting showers at the same time without waiting on a bathroom. Overall very nice, clean house in a good location.

Very Relaxing

I really enjoy the property and the neighborhood was really quiet. The walk to the beach and Cigar lounge was less than 15 min.

OC Family Vacation

My family & I had a great time at Tim’s place for our annual OC trip. It was perfect that we all had our own bathrooms and we enjoyed the multiple balconies. It was a short walk to the beach as well. Tim was also super quick to respond from the time of booking through the trip. Definitely recommend!

Nice place to stay!

I stayed at this property with a group of friends for Memorial Day weekend and we had a great experience. The house was very spacious. It was clean and bright. I found the beds in the bedroom with the double and single to be very creaky, but that’s my only complaint! I would book again for a future stay in OC!
