Room was definitely clean, but too bad there were some stains on the rug which made it feel dirty though it was not. "You are getting what you paid for here - it's a bit run down and not the cleanest but the price was great and it's safe. Check in was easy and the bed was comfortable. The floor in the room was hard surface and not mopped clean as I noticed when I picked up dirt on my feet walking around bare foot and it came off when I took a shower. The floor didn't look dirty but it obviously was. The linens and towels were clean and there were not bugs so it met my needs. "
