「The house was extremely nice. You can't beat the view from the kitchen and living area. The kitchen had everything you need. The home was so clean and architecturally pleasing. The surrounding gradens were so lovely and expertly manicured. The home is located in a very safe area. Everyone was so friendly and nice. The management team was welcoming and made sure we had everything we need. I highly recommend it. 👌」

「Checking in was wonderful, just got out of the van and the staff took our bags and put them in the room. Everything was clean and ready to go. Alejandro, the property manager, was very helpful in getting us set up with Surf Lessons, tee times for golf and explaining all the activities that were available. He even got us a car to rent.The kitchen staff create wonderful meals that everyone enjoyed. They made special dishes for people with Gluten alegies. 」

「This place has four very comfortable bedrooms, a nice kitchen and living area, and two outstanding patios, one on the main floor and one on the roof with incredible views and beautiful potted plants. The HOLT team is super responsive, often responding to questions in minutes. When the interior door lock misfunctioned and we couldn’t enter, I called the number listed and a friendly person immediately helped me find the lockbox with the key to enter the residence. One mystery: not sure why this...

「Overall a great stay. The Villa was awesome. We had a few issues and the management jump on every problem and fixed them up immediately. The driveway is not friendly but other than that we would return for sure.」

「You won’t believe your eyes when you first enter to villa and look out over the pool to the endless view of the Pacific. Great location. Out of the gray and noise of downtown. The cooks/housekeepers were amazing, speaking some Spanish is VERY important. The entire house and grounds are beautifully designed. Keep in mind that you will be charged for the electricity at the end of your stay. Just saying this so you can make an allowance for it. I just highly recommend staying here my grown kids all...

「Our family was obsessed with the large property thanks to its perfect layout for family gatherings, breakfasts around the enormous dining table, and relaxing evenings on the rooftop. The neighborhood wasn't the sexiest but the house was a short 10 minute taxi ride to central Oaxaca. The hosts were amazing and easy to communicate with which made our family vacation relatively stress free.」
