「We arrived unannounced but they were ready to please. Staff is VERY attentive and cordial. The property and location are pristine and every detail has been thought of, from the architecture down to the design and details in the rooms. A bit remote, but if you bring or rent a car then its the perfect spot to stay for a few really relaxing days. Will repeat.」

「Property very modern and up to date. Loved the outdoor areas and rooftop patio. Didn’t use the outdoor hot tub due to current drought and water shortages. . Location was very good. Nice grocery store and carnerita, meat market close. 20-25 minute walk to the old town area or inexpensive taxi ride. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. At at several great restaurants, Casa Oaxaca a must. Took a cooking class that took you to the large local market then returned to her home with a great outdoor...

「It’s a wonderful bungalow with a great unobstructed view of trees. You can hear all sorts of birds in the morning if you shut off the AC and the waves of the ocean near by. It’s comfortable for two people. Arturo the owner was very attentive to our requests. 」

「Are stay at Casa Lapita was absolutely fantastic. The house is amazing ( my sister calls it paradise for wheelchairs) the staff is exceptional and an absolute pleasure to be around. To top if off proceeds go to a great cause of helping people with disabilities. Weather you need the accessibility or not Casa Lapita is absolutely perfect.」

「Outstanding experience. Super clean and functional and beautiful. So many gorgeous spaces to spread out both indoor and outdoor. Bedrooms were spacious with places to sit and read quietly. Dining room was out eating space during the daytime and board game hangout in evening. Rooftop is a dream space with sauna and massive grill, great views for birding and listening to music.」

「The house is wonderful and we will definitely be back to stay. Plently of room and well equipped for groups..the pool was lovely!! While we were staying there, there was construction around the house and one day onsite..totally find if you'll be out all day but cant be disruptive if you are at the house..this is temporary though」

「Overall a great stay. The Villa was awesome. We had a few issues and the management jump on every problem and fixed them up immediately. The driveway is not friendly but other than that we would return for sure.」

「What’s not to like? Beautiful location with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Our group of six found it a great base for surfing local spots. Some of the elements that made our stay a little more hazardous are actually stellar selling points for those without an 18 month old to monitor (slippery red clay tiles! Open air, bannisterless winding staircase! Pool without a fence!) Great communication throughout. We’ll be back for sure.」
