Every question was answered and clear instructions were given for check-in etc. The property itself is great. 「While Roberto was prompt at responding to our needs and requests, the property was quite misrepresented. The 3 reviews on VRBO gave glowing reports of the casa and that was not what we found. It is sorely neglected and needs some love and attention. The living room and kitchen were okay with a couple of nice art pieces but the bathroom is terrible and the bedrooms pretty substandard for what we paid and the reviews that were given to prompt us to book.
