The second floor has four total bedrooms, along with a seating area offering stunning views, a flat-screen TV, and a wet bar for your convenience. The second oceanfront king primary suite boasts sliding glass doors leading to the second-floor balcony and includes an en-suite bath with a soaking tub and shower. Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more — the choice is yours. For this house, you are eligible for up to $350 credit on any beach gear.
A pet fee is applied for those traveling with a pet and is included in your total rental rate. $175 for the first pet and $50 for an additional pet. Maximum number of pets allowed is 2.
Please Note: Linens are included with your reservation and contain the following: flat and fitted bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths.
As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7-night minimum with a mandatory Saturday-to-Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
