「Great service and clean」

「Loved the jacuzzi!」

「Perfectly OK room with a comfortable bed. The room next door had a barking dog that was abandoned by its owners for several hours, which was not cool. The person at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Rooms are not as nice as they look in the photos. They were hastily remodeled, and not that nice. Maybe overpriced for what you get, but it’s Steamboat- everything is expensive.」

「家族連れには、とても居心地が良かったです。」

「Location was perfect. Right in town near restaurants, shops and biking/walking trail. Parking was included right next to building. Hot tub was indoors. Room and bathroom were small but clean. My only complaint was the mattress on our king bed needed to be replaced.」

「少し施設は古い感じはしたが、部屋は広くて良かった。 調理器具が少なかったのは残念でした。」

「Bed bugs!!!! the manager jermaine will not return calls or resolve the issue. I didn't even get a stay my full stay and they refuse to give a refund.」
