「Wonderful convenient quiet location. The check in and support was easy. Every issue we had was quickly resolved. Great instructions for how to use the place in English. It felt like concierge service and support. The place was spacious for the 4 of us. A/C worked well. We used the kitchen and coffee (nice touch to have coffee and tea there already). My wife drinks a lot of tea and having a tea kettle was perfect! Easy access to subway, grocery stores, and restaurants. I would recommend...

We did noticed that the floors were not swept as there were dust and cobwebs (one spider!) along the stairway. Overall, we still appreciate the house layout and the proximity to the train station. 7-11 is a very short distance away which made it super convenient to grab last minute snacks. 」
