「The rooms at Haus Spescha are so clean and modern yet cosy. It was snowing during our short stay so was also great we could use the facilities at Lenzerhorn such as the Spa . We visited the bar and restaurant Heid Stibl and both were fabulous. The breakfast is relaxed and food and drink excellent. But most of all the staff in all departments are so helpful and friendly in any way they can be. Thank you for such a wonderful short stay in Switzerland」

「おそらく無駄だと見なしたものをすべて排した「洗練」された作りになっており、フロントさえありません。友人らとのスキーなどにとにかく集中したい人には最適かも知れませんが、室内には机もなく、連泊しても部屋の掃除もありませんでした。１階はバーになっていますが、ペットボトルの水を購入したいと申し出ると、水道水の水がそのまま飲めると言われ、自然豊かな環境なのでしょうが、少々閉口しました。」

「Een heel goede hotel, netjes, heel comfortabel. Alles is voorzien en nagedacht! Ondergrands garage, kastjes voor de ski gereedschap, ruime kamers met balcon en uitzicht op de bergen☺️ Restorant is met reservatie voor avondeten, lekker eten in een aangename sfeer! Echt heel lekkere vis en pizza’s 😉 Behulpzame en vriendelijke personeel! We zijn heel tevreden! Gewoon wandel afstaand van de skipistes☺️ Het hotel verdient minstens 4 sterren! Veel beter dan andere 4 sterren hotels☺️」

「チェックインは２０：００までと書かれてたのでその時刻より前に着きましたが、ホテルの入口が閉まってました。 オフシーズンの小規模のホテルは時々あるようで電話をしないといけないようです。 あいにく携帯を持ってなくうろうろしてたら前のＢＡＲの人が出てきて親切にも電話をかけてくれました。 」

「Great location, it had everything we needed. Right in the heart of the old part of Chur, easy walking distance to everything.. nice comfy bed & very clean, easy to get in to the apartment too. The sofa had quite a few stains & the headboard could do with a hoover but otherwise lovely.」

「部屋にミニバーと書いてあったのに、無かった。ミニバーって、冷蔵庫の事じゃないのでしょうか？ 部屋は新しく改装されて、キレイだし、電源がいっぱいあったのは助かった。 チェックイン時に、明朝の早いチェックアウトを知らせて、その時刻にフロントに人がいるのか？はっきりしないみたいで、心許ない感じ。 朝ごはんはランチパック用意してくれるというけど、あてに出来ない感じ。 チェックイン時に、部屋の準備が出来ているか、フロントが確認に行ってました。 冷蔵庫ないなら、湯沸かしポットくらい、置いて欲しい！」
