Amazing stay

Everything was perfect. Friendly service and they have a great restaurant. Free ski bus in front of the hotel brings you to the ski lift, one stop only. Hope to return soon.

Unterkunft und Verpflegung/ Team war grandios. Parkplatz mit Tesla war sehr eng und zum aufladen hatte es nur einen Platz. Aber sie haben sich sehr mühe gegeben mit Stromanschluss suchen.

Licht und Schatten

Schön und ruhig gelegen am See, das Zimmer war für ein 3-Sterne Hotel ansprechend, die grosse Terrasse am Zimmer aber leider von allen anderen Terrassen einseh- und begehbar. Der persönliche Kontakt der Hotelbetreiber zu den Gästen hält sich in Grenzen, obwohl es ja nicht so groß ist, auch nach einer Woche wussten wir nicht, wer das Hotel eigentlich führt. Um das Abendessen wird ein ziemliches Brimborium gemacht, wo neben den Halbpensionsgästen auch andere Restaurantgäste zugegen sind. Wenn der Gruß aus der Küche die Größe einer Weintraube hat und die Kellner stets bemüht sind, den Gästen edlen Wein schmackhaft zu machen (Flasche ab 50 Franken), dann kann man das mögen oder auch nicht. Für ein 3-Sterne Hotel fanden wir das überzogen. Beim Frühstück wurde nicht so viel Aufwand betrieben, das war eher überschaubar. Nachgelegt am kleinen Buffet wurde da eher zufällig und auf unser Omelett haben wir (und die anderen Gäste) auch mal eine halbe Stunde gewartet. Das Personal hat sich beim Frühstück nicht gerade vor Elan zerrissen... Fazit: Hotel ganz ok, unsere Bedürfnisse als Gäste wurden nicht so sehr getroffen...

Schönes Hotel an toller Lage mit Seeblick. Freundliches, aufgestelltes Personal. Breites Frühstücksangebot, feines Essen. Einzig unser Zimmer (Junior-Suite) und der Balkon hielt nicht was wir erwartet haben (Zimmer eher dunkel; die anderen Zimmer scheinen jedoch in Ordnung zu sein). An der Reception konnten wir das deponieren. Wir werden jedoch gerne wieder in dieses Hotel zurückkehren.
