「Lovely hotel in fabulous grounds, friendly staff and excellent food at reasonable price. Five stars and definitely would stay here again.」

「Wifiと駐車場が無料、朝食付で必要なものはそろっていて良かった。施設は自然の中にあり、朝の景色は気持ちがよかった。予約時のメールもしくは予約表を持参していなかったが、Wifi無料だったので、そのメールを転送して対応してくれた。Hotels.comからの予約連絡か情報が上手く伝わっていなかったようなので、改善をお願いしたい。そのような状況下だったが受付の女性が親切で機転を利かせて対応してくれよかった。チェックイン後は安心して宿泊できた。車さえあればショッピングセンターがあるので買い物は不自由しないが門限があるので注意。また泊まりたい。」

「Nice hotel, got some great parts done ok parts. Check in on Saturday was very slow. Not sure why, but it took 25 mine to get checked in as some customers ahead of us, seemed to take forever to get resolved. Not sure why that was, staff, systems, or booking issues... Who knows, but with only 2 people before us, 25 mins is not great. The hotel is nice though,service is good, rooms are good, no real complaints. The lifts are very slow though and we thought they would break at any...

「front desk staff are not nice, not kind, the hotel has no car park, I asked front desk a map of the car park, but the girl immediately said no, I am a Japanese and do not know the area, staff should be kind and nice to customer, also when i checked out, other girl did not say thank you, even I told her thank you, this is very unusual in Japan. 」

「It was a shame that I didn’t arrive until the early hours of the morning. I didn’t get to sample the facilities that were available as I had to leave in the morning. The staff were lovely and the standard of the hotel is excellent. The price I paid for the room and breakfast was also very reasonable」
