The service throughout the hotel was truly outstanding. A very special thank you to our concierge, Emilien, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He managed to secure us a reservation at La Perouse — a place that is very difficult to book. This truly made our trip special, and we really appreciated his professionalism and dedication. All the staff were extremely kind, friendly, and made us feel genuinely cared for. The hotel has a beautiful, elegant atmosphere combined with warm hospitality. We highly recommend Sofitel Paris and will definitely come back again! "

"As a solo traveler this was great hotel to stay at! I arrived early and they allowed to check in early but there was also an option to leave my bags at the counter. The rooms are newly renovated and they were cleaned everyday. The rooms were on the smaller side but since I was alone they were the perfect room for me. The staff was great! The hotel was in a great area close to the metro station which made it easy to navigate around Paris. There was a cute park that was only a 10 min walk away, along with a cute street market around the corner. Safe neighborhood was walking often times at night and no issues. "

"We had a good stay overall and found this hotel to be a great base for exploring Paris. The location was excellent—within easy walking distance to transit, plenty of restaurants, shops, and even some nice parks. It made getting around the city and finding places to eat or relax incredibly convenient. The room itself was just the right size for our family of three for a couple of nights. It wasn’t overly large, but it felt efficient and comfortable for a short stay while we were mostly out sightseeing. There were a couple of downsides worth mentioning. We did notice a small amount of black mold in the shower area, which could use attention. Also, there was a motion sensor light outside the window that turned on and off throughout the night, which was a bit disruptive when trying to sleep. That said, the location and overall functionality of the space made this a good choice for a short visit to Paris."
