「Marc , the owner , was so welcoming and attentive to my every needs .. His breakfasts were made with care and originality , and were very good as well. I highly recommend Marc when you’re in the Chelsea area ! 」

「From the first moment if check-in through afternoon welcome cocktsils, a late sitting for supper at Heron and the outstanding breakfast at Muse, every staff member to a person understood the value of going beyond simply doing one's job proficiently to mastery of the holistic arts of hospitality. We could not have been made to feel more welcome or comfortable. A perfect weekend getaway after a difficult Winter. We are already looking forward to our next visit in june.」

「We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was immaculate and the heated floors in the bathroom were a really nice touch. Chelsea is a cute village and we wish we had more time to explore. Location is prime to visit the spa or go to Gatineau Park!」

「EV charging on site very easy to use. Room was very spacious. Overall the entire experience from check-in to checking-out was excellent. Hotel is near many fabulous restaurants.」

「There were hairs and dirty brown marks on one of the fitted sheets and pillow case. There were quite a few DIY fixes clearly in the bathroom. The tub did not drain properly. The pool was nice. The breakfast was very mediocore. No bacon?? The first staff at the desk was extremely slow. The second was much more efficient. When paying $290 for a room... I'd expect more. I've stayed at some really nice places for less.」
