"The staff are friendly and it is conveniently located. My room was clean however the overall decor is a little run down. The breakfast was ok not the best, but happy there was a restaurant."
"Very basic. We only needed a bed for the night. Did not notice it was in a pub. But the girl who attended us was nice and did a good breakfast in the morning."
"I would advise that no human being stay in this property, I wouldn't even let my dog stay here. Very dirty and smelly. Appeared to be an asylum hotel in all honesty. Very unhelpful staff, disgusting rooms with stains everywhere. Completely mis-represented in the pictures and description. Absolutely no parking available most of the time. Avoid at all costs."

"We had an absolutely excellent stay at the Maid’s Head Hotel. The room was gorgeous, spotless, and really comfortable. Every member of staff we met was super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel special. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of delicious vegan options. It was such a treat to have so much choice. Honestly, this was one of the best hotel stays we’ve had in a long time, and we can’t wait to go back!"
"Very high spec’ apartment which has 24 hour reception and is very close to the cathedral and good restaurants. A really pleasant place and area to stay. I had lunch beside the river with the swans before getting the train from the nearby station. I’ll be back …"
"The staff gave a wonderful welcome, and looked after us for our 2 night stay. Lovely spacious room. Comfy bed. Food was excellent, well stocked bar, not far to walk into the centre. The only slight drawback is tight parking, and fairly narrow spaces for modern cars. We would happily stay again."
"Great place to stay and will be my first choice in any city in the world I find Premier in in it.
The staff are well trained and very polite and helpful."
