A short walk via public footpath to the Beach. Sleeps up to four if using Sofa bed in lounge area. Private Garden for your enjoyment. Within easy reach of The Norfolk Broads, Norwich City, Cromer and Great Yarmouth. Walking distance to two local Public Houses, both serve food.
