The description of the room was 2 double beds and a sofa bed. The room had only 2 double beds no sofa.

Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing this experience with us. I apologize for the room description error on the website. I understand how such a mistake can cause an uncomfortable stay. If you have the opportunity, I hope that you will share the website that has this mistake, I checked Expedia, and their description does not list this type of room with a sofa bed. The property was great, the check in however was not. I traveled almost 2 hours to get there with my family for Mother’s Day with our dinner. I explained this to the young lady at check in when she asked for my ID and I realized I left it in my other car. I showed her the email with reservations for the 2 rooms and a picture of my license I had in my phone along with the credit card I used for the reservation. I understand the Hotel policy of have ing the actual ID, but she did not care whatsoever and did not make any suggestions. I finally thought of switching everything to my wife’s name since she had her license and got the rooms. No help to her.

Everything was amazing staff was very helpful and felt peace throughout my whole stay
