"This was fine for what I was needing--a place to sleep in between activities across several days. The bed wasn't super comfy (I like a firmer mattress), and although there was a fridge in the room, there was no microwave. I also found out upon arrival that the desk is only staffed until 9 p.m. (luckily, I happened to get there a bit before 8:30). The light for the room the shower and toilet was also outside the room, which seemed odd. I also had a non-scenic view of the parking lot. I like that it's not a hotel chain, but I do think there's some room for improvement."

"Hotel has a good location and clean rooms, but it is not managed properly. Breakfast was good, but in a small area and they kept running out of food. No hot water for tea and hot chocolate most of the time. Trash was not taken out for 3 nights. The main problem was that hotel staff didn't want our large group to socialize in the lobby in the evening. Jordan at the front desk told us that the quiet time starts at 9:00 P.M. (on weekend) and she has to clean the lobby, so we have to leave. The hotel has a conference room that we were not allowed to use. We were quoted $100 an hour to use the room one night and the next night price went up to $200. Obviously, the staff doesn't know the policies."

"Our 2 queen bed suite was clean and ready when we arrived. The room layout is well done, and sliding opaque glass on desk worked nicely for privacy! Everything was so clean! We complimented staff on our way out - they were happy to hear it. Breakfast was hot, fresh & ready!"
