「Breakfast choices were limited, No eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. Had cold cereals, yogurt, pancakes, muffins, oatmeal, etc. Only styrofoam cups. Area was clean.」

「We are not picky travelers. In town for the races and don’t need anything special. We have stayed here in the past but this place continues to go down hill. The ceiling has cracks, the ac doesn’t work, and there is no smoke detector. The wires where the smoke detector goes are hanging there and that’s it. The bed wasn’t even made. The sheet was just thrown on, the wrong way, and the cover over the top of it. Do not recommend.」

「There was rarely a staff person at the desk. Our room was not attended to one time in a four night stay. Weeds are huge around the building. Breakfast was ok the weekend lady did a great job of keeping it up. Our room had a musty odor. Daughters room was great.」

「Stephanie is absolutely delightful! Wonderful knowledge of the community and the history of Oaklawn Inn and Menominee in general. This is a charming and thoughtful bed-and-breakfast. Speaking of breakfast… it was great! A special bonus is the large wraparound screen porch with lots of comfortable seating. We will be back in September and we’re going to book now. 」

「The room was clean and comfortable but WAY over priced for what you got. We had a 2 queen suite with great breakfast the night before in Cranberry Lodge Resort in Tomah that cost less than the very basic king bed room here. I do not recommend staying in Menomonie when possible. The entire town seems to be overpriced.」

「Beds comfortable. Breakfast sub par, ended up getting breakfast elsewhere. No exercise room that I could find and map in room not helpful. Walked both floors, couldn't find. Hot tub jets not Strong.」
