"While we didnt spend much time in our hotel room, we found it clean and comfortable, and a good value. Room #110 king. Pros: Spacious bathroom, and good sized bedroom. Plenty of towels, and toiletries. Refrigerator and microwave convenient. Easy check in and staff was friendly. Plenty of parking. Cons: The air conditioner was rather noisy and there is an outlet under the desk that is pulled out of the wall that should be fixed. The curtains are too long and dont allow the cool air from AC to flow into the room if they are closed. Pillows were really flat so it was good we had 4 of them."

"Initial contact with the receptionist was good. She was helpful& kind. Verified our early-check in request promptly. With open availability, our hotel stay was upgraded from an economy room with a king bed to a room with the lake view on the 3rd floor with a king bed (with no extra fees to the room upgrade the receptionist offered us). 3rd floor hallway did have a funky smell to it, so if you have a sensitivity to smell, it may bother you. Thankfully, our hotel room didn't have that odor. The nature beautiful lake view& sunlight peaking through the blinds in the room does make the hotel stay extra special& worth it. Room was clean. Although one of their lamp on the desk wasn't working. Water pressure & hot water for shower was good. Toilet plumbing&flushing was strong. Rooms aren't sound proof. Did hear a lot of the bustling&convos of other guests passing by our room. Slamming of doors of near-by rooms was heard& loud too. The loud shutting of doors by other guests can be prevented through mindfulness&gently closing the door. The lobby had a lot of space& seating for hotel guests. Really convenient to see a "lobby pantry " with snacks & essentials for guests to purchase if they dont want to make a drive out. Usual hotel & hot breakfast items- good enough for a small bite to start one's day. Parking was included in stay, which was a plus & location was relevantly near the highway&safe."
