Beautiful views from our room - loved the balcony and the outside area. The room was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Only 4 stars because we were on the top floor and were awakened several times overnight by a mechanical hammering noise coming from above us. Also the TP was gas station scratchy and I expected something a little more plush to match the rest of the atmosphere.

Really unique with an outstanding lake view. The sunset last night was simply stunning from room 1. Very nicely furnished and very clean. We enjoyed having breakfast sandwiches at the on site cafe. I suggest you supply cushions for the chairs on the balcony. My only criticism is the Murphy bed. It was very uncomfortable and I moved to the couch in the middle of the night. The Murphy beds would be fine for kids but not for guests who are 60+. The king bed was very comfortable.

Just a family getaway from the ruckus of life. It helped, room was well worth it. Staff were excellent. Bar, food, overall hospitality was beyond excellent. Easily recommend this place for anyone. Very quiet and relaxing. Access to the lake was perfect!

The weather was cold and windy so we were unable to enjoy the patio or outdoor facilities. We didnt have the opportunity to experience the bar or restraunt due to a private party being held during our stay. The room was very nice and we would stay there again.

Blue Wave is a fabulous place to stay. We were torn between going out and doing stuff or staying in the beautiful room just looking out at the lake. So peaceful!

When I visit the area, I find that the Blue wave inn is very unique and I like the idea of the Inn bringing in the history of Ashland throughout the inn.. I always mention the Blue wave to friends when they go to the Ashland area to stay there.

Getaway

Check in was quick and easy. Very clean room and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay again. The only downside is that shop and bar area closed at 4 pm. Would recommend staying open a little longer.
