「案内された部屋が別棟で車で移動しなければなかった上に予約していたのと違う部屋に通された。部屋は変えてもらえたが再度フロントまで行かなければならなかった。別棟にはエレベーターも無く荷物を持っての上り下りが大変だった。夜、寒かったので暖房を入れたらとても臭く窓あけなければならなく寒いし不快だった。」
