"I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. The hair dryer in our room didn’t work at all, which was inconvenient, especially in the morning when we were trying to get ready. On top of that, the air conditioner was extremely noisy — loud enough to disrupt sleep — so we had to choose between being too warm or being kept awake. What made things more frustrating was that our room was next to the outside stairwell, and we could hear people going up and down throughout the night. This wouldn’t have been as big of an issue if the hotel had been fully booked, but it clearly wasn’t, which made the room assignment feel careless. Overall, the stay was manageable, but these issues definitely impacted our comfort. With a few improvements in maintenance and room allocation, the experience could be much better."

"Rooms were clean (I stayed in two during the week), and breakfast was good. Only a couple of little things kept me from giving a perfect score: a bulb out over the sink, staff dispute that became obvious to customers."

"Halls smelled like pot. Room had an odor that you became accustomed to. Room was clean. Bed sheets were clean, bedspread had cigarette burns. Bathroom was clean also. We found the bed very uncomfortable. Not our worst stay at a motel. We were looking for a less pricey motel that would take our dogs. Pet friendly was their selling point and they delivered there."

"This hotel was excellent. Everything about the stay was great. The valet was convenient and prompt. We never had to wait longer than 5-7 minutes for the car to arrive after requesting it on the app. The room was spacious and we we able to comfortably fit a roll-away for one of our children. The steakhouse in the hotel was great. They even had an exceptional weller antique 107 pick that is rare to find."

"The hot tub was out of order. Huge bummer from the get go. But other than that, the place was nice and clean. The rooms were clean. The continental breakfast only had cold items but was adequate. For the price, we will stay there again"
