「We really enjoyed our stay for the most part. I did call the front office on night 1 because the air conditioner was soooo loud, we couldn’t sleep. I called the office and they said they would call back in a few minutes after talking to maintenance. The call never came and it was 9:30 with young kiddos so we decide to turn the air off so be could sleep. 「As usual, we always love to stay here. It is our favorite place to stay before we leave for our flight and come back home and has the most comfortable bed ever.」

「We love The Elms and getting a massage there. The room was handicap accessible and everything was good but on my side of the bed the only way to plug in my cpap was to get on the floor and reach way back under wood night stand to plug in my cpap. Wasn’t really accessible for someone handicapped. Both my husband and V I wear cpap. 」

「When we got to the room, the lamp by the bed wasn't there and neither was the TV remote. We went down to the front desk and the attendant was able to find us a remote. We told her about the bedside lamp to which she said she will look into it, but never got our room number (not who checked us in).
