「Neighborhood looks sketchy, but nobody bothered us. Very quiet. House was nice and clean on inside. Had everything we needed. The location was great. We were close to downtown and to the Rome tennis center Publix and Walmart were both very close. The coffee station was an added bonus and the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances we needed. We would definitely stay here again.」

「While the house was very nice it was not functional for 6 people. One 3 person couch and 1 table that seats 4. The kitchen had 3 plates and 3 bowls and minimal silverware. No utensils except for bar-b-que. 1 towel/washcloth per person allotment per day. Therefore had to do laundry every day. VERY narrow and STEEP driveway. Neighborhood looked concerning but we had no problems with neighbors. Definitely need earplugs to sleep because of the trains. 」

「Love it here!! Thank you, Sarah.」

「The VRBO listing for this property doesn’t currently match what this property actually is. I think it has been redone and is WAY better than advertised. We went for a one night stay for my son’s birthday and both my kids loved it. The host even gathered a little gift basket for my kids as an extra Happy Birthday!! Plenty of bed space with three bedrooms (one king bed and three singles). Stand up tiled shower instead of the tub. All of the Harry Potter decorations make this stay absolutely...

「A nice quiet location in the woods but still close to Rome and Berry.」

「This property and the owners were amazing! A lot of times when you stay places and they say there are four bedrooms - you know it will accommodate sleeping needs however sitting needs in the living area aren’t addressed or sufficient. Not a problem in this home - plenty of very comfortable seating. It was immaculate and the owners had thought of everything you may need for your stay. They were extremely prompt answering/responding to a question I had and had left a handwritten note for us upon...

「Loved the rustic cabin and quiet area. 」

「Family friendly, close to Lakepoint! Very comfortable beds!」

「We had a wonderful stay at the Malone Home. The entire house was newly renovated with nice upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms. The property owner was very responsive with any questions we had. 」

「This property was perfect for our stay to visit Berry College! It is a very short drive to the campus. Very convenient! The property is cozy and comfortable. Cleanliness was exceptional! Communication with the host was easy and Melissa is very friendly! She referred us to some local restaurants. My wife and daughter chose Provino's and we were not disappointed. Thanks, Melissa! Even if you didn't book to visit Berry, I think the location is great for anything you are wanting to do. 」

「This is hands down one of the best places I have ever stayed! It was incredibly clean, well furnished, and came with all the things you would need to feel at home whether there for an overnight or extended stay. The tennis court included everything you would need to play tennis and pickleball. There is also a dedicated ice making machine in the kitchen which ended up being the all star during our time there in the middle of the Georgia summer. The location is fabulous and you can reach downtown...
