「Lets me start off by saying the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. But the place was nasty. Theyre remodelling i guess but it seems like they forgot to finish. Cockroaches in the rooms. Grime in every nook and cranny. It was F1 weekend so for 5 days i paid $1000 and it was the most expensive/nasty hotel ive stayed in」

「I made it to the hotel(if you call it that) at 3:45 am because my flight was delayed. I got to the office to call and they said they cancelled my reservation and gave it to someone else. I’m like can I at least stay tonight since you already got the first day’s pay. They said no. So the biggest weekend in Austin where there was nothing to rent, I was forced to sleep in my car on the first night. It was no consideration for my flight or anything. Horrible customer service」

「Room was dirty full of dog hair and very run down」

「Clean, well maintained and convenient」
