「Very clean and super communicative. Very easy and friendly check in and staff. Great location very walkable. Elevators were very slow and seemed to be always under some kind of maintenance. 」

「New condo building has a nice Live, Work and Play vibe, with a coffee/cocktail bar in the lobby and rooftop pool overlooking the river and downtown. Condo setup with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on either side of the living room and kitchen area worked well for our group of two couples.」

「The location of the property was so great. The room/apt we had was perfect! All the necessities and amenities were great. The bed was so so comfy and perfect.」

「This property has a wonderful view of the Colorado River and we enjoyed our time at the outdoor hot tub. Unfortunately the indoor pool was closed which we were not aware of. There are several nice parks in the vicinity. Recommend to prepare meals on site as close by restaurants are scarce.」

「Beautiful view, could be much better if water levels were normal but that's no fault of the owner. Nice pool and hot tub. Spa was a great spot for a massage. Cleanliness of the fridge and some dishes was suspect (lipstick prints on cups), but everything was supplied you could need. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for the hospitality.」

「We were in Texas for a family wedding and decided to stay in Austin to check out the town. The location was so convenient to restaurants and shopping. The bike trail next to us allowed our group to see a whole other view of the city and work off some of the BBQ we ate. We also took in a U of Texas baseball game.」

「My son and I stayed here on a visit to see my daughter. The place was perfect with a pull out couch bed. The unit is very clean and well appointed. The rooftop pool is a fun place to hang out and cool off. We could easily walk to downtown, the river walk, and Rainey Street bars and restaurants. The view from the unit is amazing. Would definitely stay here again.」

「The apartment was very nice and all the amenities we needed were there. The adjacent neighborhood is a little rough looking, but we didn't feel unsafe at all. Our events were in South Austin, so very good location at a reasonable price. Host was very responsive.」

「Sent multiple message to host over a 6 week period. Didn’t receive any response. Received several automated messages from hosts agent with decent information but was missing details we needed. On day of arrival we were coming in later (after midnight) and the checking process wasn’t clear so called and text the numbers provided. Spent 25 minutes on hold (the 24x7 number) before hanging up. Texts did get answered but this was after we had already figured things out and checked in. Chose a later...

「We came to view the eclipse and had a great time. Property was very nice! We enjoyed the view of the lake and we spent quite a bit of time on the deck. It was nice having a table where we could eat outside. Would’ve like to have had more comfier chairs in the dining area as we played games both nights and sat there extendedly. Master bath was terrific. Would consider renting again if we have a reason to be out that direction!」

「The property was very cute and the online description was accurate; however, there were some cleanliness issues and access issue (i.e., the lock didn't work, inconsistent communication with property management about securing the property, etc.).」

「Stunning views! Host was great! Only critique is due to property conditions inside. Front door very difficult to lock. Various windows and blinds need replacing or repairs. 」

「Conveniently located near trails and Rainey St.—we didn’t even rent a car for our stay! Had a great experience and loved the views!」

「The house was really nice. The view of downtown from the rooftop balcony was beautiful at night! The construction noise was not an issue since our stay was over a weekend, but, the construction debris around the area is something to be cautious about. Great close location for getting to the downtown scene. The only mishap we ran in to was, the freezer part of the fridge was iced shut, and we couldn't use it. All in all, the overall experience of this house was excellent. I will be coming back...
