She said they have done things to get rid of them but it happens. They gave me trash bags for all my belongings and said they would reimburse my room. However they never did what they needed to on their end for Expedia to refund mr. Despite calls to the hotel. My $59 room cost a purse, suitcase, and clothes that needed to be thrown away. Bad choice on my end- you get what you pay for."

"I paid for 2 rooms in one the tv didn’t work and the other I had a hard time getting in the room I had to keep getting the key fixed. The next morning the police road around my car then followed me when I pulled out saying that the staff called them saying it was a suspicious vehicle that wasn’t staying in the hotel I had to pay to get my car back because they towed it the staff kept watching me and my family every time we left or went outside to our car it was terrible the original lady that checked us in I believe her name was Ashley was the nicest one other than that we were treated like crap she is the only reason we stayed. "

"This is a great option for an early or late flight. There is a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes, versus some hotels only runs every hour. Also, there is a restaurant/bar on property. Rooms are spacious and staff was extremely friendly. "

"there was a bed bug on one of our beds but they switched us to a different room right away even though it was late at night. sometimes it can be loud, especially during the weekend and since the main lobby is located in the center of the building and all the rooms face inwards towards it. "
