Parking was easy and secure, staff was super kind and helpful. The place seemed a little outdated. The floors in the room were gross, the bathroom didn’t smell very good either. The price is insanely high for a place that felt like a motel

Not clean, the blankets and sheets clearly had someone else's hair on it. We're they washed? The showers had spiders and ants inside it. Seems like shortcuts were taken in overall cleaning of the rooms.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I was in town for an event in Downtown Cleveland and decided to stay here as it was only a short drive to the event. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were just wonderful. The pool is HUGE and heated. There is even an exceptional Mexican Restaurant and bar inside the hotel that was beautiful and delicious, so you don't even have to leave the property to get dinner or drinks. Breakfast was a nice touch and the muffins and coffee are extremely fresh. Also liked that they offered a variety of fresh fruit and juices. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept like a baby. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that needs to be in the Downtown Cleveland area. It really is a great place with great people and great food!

This hotel is a great place to stay if going to a game downtown. The prices are extremely reasonable compared to the outrageous prices of the hotels next to the stadiums. It was a short drive (like 10 minutes) and the hotel was better than expected. They have a wonderful restaurant inside and even offer complimentary breakfast which was delicious. Everything was clean and comfy and my kids were even able to swim as they have a huge indoor swimming pool. My kids had a blast. The front desk and housekeepers were extremely helpful and friendly and really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. 10 out of 10! I highly recommend!

The rooms were very dirty. Blood and yellow stains on the sheets and mold all around the bathroom walls. I didn’t even stay at the hotel I asked for my money back an lady told me she couldn’t refund me I was given an email to speak to the owner of the hotel and he never responded back to me. I’m still in need of my refund!

First room they sent us to the bed wasn’t made. Second room it turned out the toilet was plugged and there was poop on the lid. Going from the registration desk to the elevator was weird. There were no lights turned on. The card readers to get in exterior doors didn’t work. The grass was knee high. You could tell it had been nice place once upon a time. Those days are gone and the place needs some TLC.

Nastiest Hotel I have ever stayed at. Came in to checked in then went to an event. Came back later around midnight to realize that I had a single bed vs double I booked. There was no towel at all like nothing. Bed stains on the sheets… I asked for another room and they said they didn’t have anything else. I asked for towels they said they did not do their laundry so I would have to wait in the morning. In the morning there was still no towels or anyone in the hallway to provide towels. Went to the Desk at 10 AM, keep in mind check out is at 11. Still no towel or anyone cleaning rooms. Found dogs poop in the hallways… I would not recommend anyone ever going there. Refund… let’s just say I was stuck there late not able to find a different hotel and they never helped

The staff was rude and inconsiderate one of my rooms had a bed bug in it,My daughter wanted to swim and the pool closes at 8p I was checking in at 5:30p by the time they got my rooms situated it was 7:15 pm this caused my daughter to have a terrible birthday weekend it was terrible and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to nobody

The park I lot is barely light up my room was outdated no wash clothes gum stuck on my head board just awful all around. I attempted to cancel but the property wouldn't allow it I see why because after seeing the room nobody would've stayed there.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was dirty, had pee on the toilet, a KFC cup, and old tips in the room when we checked in. The staff took on average 20-25 minutes to come to the desk when I needed help, the breakfast was stale bagels, and old cereal with no milk. The staff was zero help. I tried to leave early but they refused to refund. Absolutely disgusting, STAY AWAY!

My reservation wasn’t paid for even though I paid on Expedia. My room wasn’t clean. There are minimal amenities and only one elevator working. No ice machine.
