"our room was on the 4th floor next to the elevator. All night long we had to listen to the noisy elevator motor go up and down. the ice machine was right next to our room and the motor from it was just as loud as the elevator. never except a room right by the elevator its terrible."

"Had to ask for towels. Staff was nice. Willing to get what we needed, but it seemed the room was a little forgotten. It was cleaned though. "

"The pool was closed. The airport shuttle was not working. It was a the mechanic. The staff were great and the continental breakfast was good. The continental breakfast was good. The staff was great. A few rooms down from where we were staying, there were drug addicts buying drugs from someone that was staying there. There were a lot of people going in and out and looking at us to see if we were cops. Someone faked going up the stairs, because we stayed in the car while our cell phones were charging because we couldn't charge them in the room, and we can see when that person told a couple that we were just in our phones. My husband used the bathroom in the lobby and found needles/syringes on the floor. We will not stay and this place again."
