「We showed up at the property and the gentleman at the gas station next to the hotel told us that we were down the street in a different building and we were unaware that there was a separate building. It was behind a slummy hotel which was almost as slummy as the one we were staying in. Very dirty furniture and lots of bugs dead inside the room. Inexpensive stay but would have been cleaner and more amenities if you slept in a tent!」

「Couldn’t control the temperature (no thermostat in the room).
In the bathroom, there was no facecloths.
The first time we had to wash our hands, had to wait for 7-8 minutes for hot water.
Beds and pillows very comfortable.」

「An amazingly clean room and well maintained grounds. The staff member was very courteous and welcoming, double checking if we needed anything. If anything, I'd suggest bigger coffee packets for the size of the coffee pot. A perfect stop during a long drive.」

No kitchen utensils or cutleries or kitchen paper/towel was provided in the efficiency unit. What was provided or not provided should be decribed in the reservation page, so that the guest can be prepared. This is almost universal for Microtel.」
