「This was such a little gem to stay in! I wish we could’ve stayed more than the one night but we’ll definitely be staying here the next time we visit. I loved the bed and breakfast feel mixed with the old school hotel vibes. My boyfriend and I played a game of pool together, and then played a couple of games with one of the guests. I love the included drinks and snacks that were available, the muffins were delicious! I also loved the “real keys”, it was a nice touch. Some people may not care...
「This was our 2nd time staying here in 2 years. Both times were good experiences. Staff was friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Good value. Nice little decks to sit in the sun in the evening. You are beside the highway, so it is convenient for road trip and traffic at night isn't heavy/noisy. Would definitely go again and recommend for anyone looking for somewhere in this area.」
「Sweet little hidden gem on highway 17 north of Sault Ste. Marie. It’s good for a road trip stopover. There’s a small cafe, gift shop and convenience store/LCBO attached. Nice beach across the street for walks. Apple fritters are to die for and you get one free for breakfast. Room was clean and rustic, bed was comfortable.」
「We arrived after a full day of driving. The owner was welcoming and the space was peaceful. We sat under a willow tree in the yard and relaxed. Be aware that restaurants are not open on Monday and Tuesday nights (at least not in September). We got to the grocery store just before it closed a 6. Loved walking along the harbour in the early morning. Pretty and peaceful.」
