"Pool is great and staff extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms need a little TLC. Shower tub fill up with water, so standing in ankle deep water while showering. The AC works well, just sounds like a small engine airplane starting up every time it cycles on. If you’re staying on the side facing the main entrance and the freeway you will hear traffic 24/7. The main lobby is an area of confusion. It’s the location of the Mexican restaurant seating and we were told we’re not allowed to sit in the main lobby because it’s leased out by the Mexican restaurant, but we later saw people in the evenings sitting there, so not quite sure what’s right and wrong."

"In general the staff was nice except for our last day, today, when a young lady at the fine desk was rude to us and she said she was “sick”. Please do not let them work if they don’t feel well. We did have a minor issue with the sink in the bathroom, but the maintenance guy respond well and very kind and respectful. In general our stay was pleasant, quiet and clean. Thank you "

"Great location-few minutes walk to old town albuquerque..comfy bed..hot water in shower..good amenities..their was a slight moldy/sewer like smell at times but with older hotel sometimes it happens..good made fresh breakfast but as a vegan would be nice to have option for tofu scramble or plant based item besides toast and oatmeal that is usually only breakfast item on menu at hotels and rarely plant based milk..that should always be option with all the lactose intolerant people and vegans. "
