「So much about this stay was good - the room was spacious, quiet. The bed was comfortable. There is an indoor and outdoor pool and a guest laundry. But the staff seemed stressed and not overly friendly. The breakfast was typical. Easy walk across the major highway to a Walgreens and a very good grocery store (Tom’s Food) an easy drive. 」

「Its always a good time in traverse city staying at pointes north. The hot tub is always great to have in the room. The only thing i can literally think that they should get is smart tvs to be able to stream. They do have direct tv but not there to watch tv anyway.
