"This was my second time staying here, I really enjoyed it. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful with any questions. This hotel does luggage delivery as well. The location is good, far from any noise but close enough to walk to the main area and nishiki market. The rooms are nice, beds are comfortable. For solo travelers its very spacious. Air conditioning works well. The bathrooms are pretty big as well. In the main lobby there is a water and ice machine."
"Awesome place. The afternoon tea is a bonus. I would recommend adding a fabulous coffee machine at breakfast (like they have at afternoon tea) and a few more breakfast items to choose from. The made to order eggs delicious. "
