「This apartment is perfect. Great quiet location, very green surrounding. We enjoyed it, a lot. The only thing i would suggest is that there is not enough space for a woman to place her toiletries in the bathroom. The owner could maybe, put some shelves. We saw also that this apartment must be very warm in the summertime as the window get hit by the afternoon sun. Otherwise everything was perfect. 」

「This downtown home was a great place to stay for my daughter's graduation at Rupp Arena which was only one block away! Home was spacious w all necessities including, sheets, towels, soap, shampoo & kerig coffee.」

「We stayed for the weekend and it was amazing. The location was so convienent and located well within walking distance or a short uber ride to activities. The property was so clean and beautiful. It was juat as pictured and we will stay here again, if in Louisville.Communication with the host was amazing, the check in and out process was wonderful. No bad things to say! 」

「Nice condo with great view. Convenient to restaurants and Churchill Downs. We appreciated the private garage. Condo was well supplied. 」

「Great property close to some of the downtown distilleries, restaurants, bars and parks. Walking distance to everything! Kristin did an outstanding job keeping me informed of all the little things like check-in time, check out, amenities, rules, etc.... Will definitely do this property again.」

「This condo is in a prime location if you are looking to walk to restaurants and bars. It's clean and fresh! Only drawback was we had some trouble with the key pads and code system intermittently which was frustrating at times. Overall a nice place to stay and would book again. 」

「My three sisters and I enjoyed our three nights at Laura’s place. She was very proactive with communication. There are several codes to know for the parking area and front door, but she explained it clearly.Parking was good with a reserved spot and permit only spot. We did have to use street parking one night because we returned late, but it was only a block away. Very nice area. You do hear bar noise, but nothing more than is described in the listing. Earplugs are provided. Would stay again!」

「We thought the city of Covington would be a good stay across the bridge from downtown. We walked to the baseball stadium. The code we received to get in was not correct. It said to use the last 4 of your phone. Ended up being whatever was sent. Place very clean, water pressure light. Parking spot right out front. Walking distance to the cute town to bars and restaurants. Would recommend 」

「The Property was amazing. Perfectly located in the downtown area to have walking access to local establishments. Pictures do not do this place justice. It was better than we could have imagined. Very quiet and easy access to interstate for our daily travels. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the Louisville area!!」
