「Nice property with big beautiful windows and brick walls in a great location. Steps going up to property are many and steep and it’s a bit loud due to the Bar below and general city noise, however, it was easy to get to and the location was centralized to many great activities. 」

「LEX 175 was an excellent property for our March Madness weekend. Great location for restaurants, bars and its proximity to Rupp Arena. Very Clean and quiet. Outstanding communication with the owner before, during and after our stay. Very accommodating with arrival time as we experienced lengthy weather delays. Would definitely stay again!」

「We really enjoyed our stay in the historic district. We went on evening walks around the neighborhood admiring the homes, and easily walked to the downtown area. The condo was very clean, and had many thoughtful amenities. The bed, although very low to the ground was very comfortable, the sofa…not as much. Parking was very convenient to the complex. We would definitely stay here again!」

「This apartment is perfect. Great quiet location, very green surrounding. We enjoyed it, a lot. The only thing i would suggest is that there is not enough space for a woman to place her toiletries in the bathroom. The owner could maybe, put some shelves. We saw also that this apartment must be very warm in the summertime as the window get hit by the afternoon sun. Otherwise everything was perfect. 」
